1. このゲームについて
本ゲームは13歳以上を対象とする宇宙船の建造・戦闘ゲームです。ゲーム独自のユーザーアカウント登録機能やチャット機能はありません。STEAM BASEはゲームの保存データを受信する専用サーバーを運用していません。
2. 端末に保存する情報
設計した船、建造中の下書き、ステージの進行、設定、ゲーム内コスト、広告削除の購入状態を端末に保存します。広告削除の保存記録は商品・権利状態等で、購入トークン、領収データ、署名をこの記録へ保存しません。購入の確認時には購入トークン等を処理します。以前の版で保存した残高や購入処理の記録も保持します。これらのゲームデータをSTEAM BASEに自動送信する機能はありません。
保存データは、アプリのデータを消去するまで、または端末の仕組みにより削除されるまで残ります。アンインストール・データ消去・端末の故障や交換によって、設計、進行、所持コストを失う場合があります。広告削除は購入時と同じGoogle Playアカウントで購入の復元を行えますが、設計・進行・コストのクラウド復元機能はありません。
年齢の選択（13歳未満／13～17歳／18歳以上／回答しない）を任意で端末内に保存します。生年月日や正確な年齢は取得せず、この選択をSTEAM BASEへ送信しません。設定の「年齢の選択」から変更・リセットできます。年齢の選択は通常のゲーム進行には影響しません。広告削除の新規購入は「18歳以上」を選んだ場合だけ利用できます。18歳未満・未回答・回答しない場合は、購入なしで広告非表示になります。Google Play Billingの初期化・接続と購入の復元は、この年齢選択にかかわらず利用します。
3. 広告
18歳以上を選んだ場合に限り、広告の初期化・取得と広告同意の確認を開始します。未回答・回答しない・18歳未満の場合は開始せず、ゲームを利用できます。18歳以上から別の選択へ変更・リセットした後は、新たな広告取得・表示を停止します。すでに外部へ送信された情報には各サービスの保存・削除方針が適用されます。
広告削除の購入・復元が確認された場合も、新たな広告取得・表示を停止します。広告削除の状態は端末に保持し、オフライン時も利用します。広告削除は、すでに送信された情報の削除や、下記のGoogle Play Billingの診断通信の停止を意味しません。
本ゲームはGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）と同意管理用のGoogle User Messaging Platformを使用します。広告サービスは、IPアドレスから推定したおおよその位置、端末や広告の識別子、アプリの操作・広告の表示や操作、診断・性能情報などを扱う場合があります。広告の配信・計測、分析、不正防止のため、Googleおよび広告配信に関係する事業者へ情報が送信される場合があります。扱われる情報は地域、端末設定、同意状態などによって異なります。
地域や適用される設定に応じて、広告に関する同意画面が表示されます。広告の選択変更が必要な場合は、ゲーム内の設定に表示される「広告プライバシー」から変更できます。Androidの設定でも広告IDの削除やリセット等を行えます。広告関連の情報はGoogle等の保存・削除方針に従います。
4. アプリ内購入
任意の買い切り商品「広告削除」をGoogle Playのアプリ内課金で提供します。コストの有料販売や定期購入はありません。ゲームで得たコストと既存の残高は引き続き利用できます。カード番号や銀行情報をゲームまたはSTEAM BASEが直接受け取ることはありません。購入商品の識別子、購入状態、購入トークン、署名情報を用いて購入を確認し、広告削除の権利を保存してGoogle Playへ購入確認を通知します。この商品を消費型商品として処理することはありません。
購入時と同じGoogle Playアカウントで、通信可能な状態から購入を復元できます。通信失敗だけを理由に保存済みの広告削除を解除しません。Google Playへの所有状況の確認が成功し、権利がないことを確認した場合には状態を更新します。返金・取り消しの反映時期はストアの応答や接続状況により異なり、即時反映を保証しません。決済情報の取扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシー等にも従います。
Google Play Billingの初期化・接続時には、決済機能の動作確認や障害の診断・分析のため、接続結果・エラー、SDKやアプリのバージョン、OS・API、端末のモデル・メーカー・メモリー等の診断情報が、暗号化された通信でGoogleへ送信される場合があります。購入を行わない場合や、年齢選択により広告を開始しない場合にも、この診断通信が発生することがあります。診断イベントは送信・再送のため端末に保管される場合があります。広告を停止しても、決済機能の診断通信は停止しません。Googleが受信した診断情報の保存・削除はGoogleの方針に従い、STEAM BASEが直接削除することはできません。
5. お問い合わせ
メールで連絡いただいた場合、返信先メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、お客様が任意で提供した注文番号等を、返信や購入問題の調査に利用します。パスワード、カード番号、秘密鍵は送らないでください。問い合わせ情報は対応および適用される法令上必要な期間に限って保持します。
6. 安全管理と削除
外部サービスへの通信ではサービス提供者の暗号化通信が使われます。端末の保存データはOSのアプリ領域に保存しますが、端末を共有する場合や改造された端末では保護に限界があります。端末内データはAndroidのアプリ設定から削除できます。この操作で設計・進行・所持コストも失われるため、実行前に確認してください。広告削除の復元は、これらのゲームデータを復元する操作ではありません。ゲームアカウント自体は作成されません。
STEAM BASEが問い合わせ対応で保有する情報の確認・削除は、上記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。Google等が保有する情報は各サービスの手続きで管理してください。
7. 年齢と地域
13歳未満を対象としたゲームではありません。未成年者は保護者と利用や購入の条件を確認してください。広告と同意の取扱いは地域の要件に従います。

1. About the game
This ship-building and space-combat game is intended for people aged 13 and older. It does not provide a game account or chat service. STEAM BASE does not operate a dedicated server that receives your saved game data.
2. Information stored on your device
Ship designs, drafts, progress, settings, in-game credits and your Remove ads ownership status are stored on your device. The ad-removal record stores the product and entitlement status, not raw purchase tokens, receipts or signatures. Purchase tokens and related data are processed when verifying purchases. Balances and purchase-processing records saved by earlier versions are retained. The game does not automatically send these game records to STEAM BASE.
These records remain until app data is cleared or removed by your device. Uninstalling, clearing data, device loss or changing devices may result in losing designs, progress and your credit balance. You can restore Remove ads with the same Google Play account used to buy it. This does not provide cloud restoration of designs, progress or credits.
You may optionally save an age range on this device: under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, or prefer not to answer. We do not request a date of birth or exact age, and do not send this choice to STEAM BASE. You can change or reset it under Age choice in settings. This choice does not change normal gameplay. A new Remove ads purchase is available only after choosing 18 or older. Under-18 players and players with an unanswered or declined age choice already play without ads and do not need to buy ad removal. Google Play Billing initialization, connection and purchase restoration remain available regardless of this age choice.
3. Advertising
Ad initialization, ad requests and ad-consent checks start only after you choose 18 or older. They do not start for an unanswered, declined or under-18 choice, and you can continue playing. Changing or resetting an adult choice stops new ad requests and displays. Information already sent to external services remains subject to their retention and deletion policies.
A verified Remove ads purchase or restoration also stops new ad requests and displays. The entitlement is cached on your device and remains available offline. Removing ads does not delete information already sent or stop the Google Play Billing diagnostics described below.
The game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform for consent management. Advertising services may process approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. Data may be transmitted to Google and parties involved in serving ads for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing varies with region, device settings and consent status.
Where applicable, the game shows an ad-consent form. When a privacy-options entry is required, an Ad privacy button is available in settings. You can also manage, reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Google and other providers apply their own retention and deletion policies.
4. In-app purchases
The optional Remove ads product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Google Play Billing. The game does not sell credits or subscriptions. Earned credits and existing balances remain usable. The game and STEAM BASE do not directly receive your card number or bank details. Product identifiers, purchase status, tokens and signatures are used to verify purchases, save the ad-removal entitlement and acknowledge the purchase to Google Play. This product is not consumed.
You can restore the purchase while online with the same Google Play account used to buy it. Connection failures alone do not remove a cached entitlement. The ownership status is updated when a successful Google Play ownership query confirms that the entitlement is absent. Refunds and revocations depend on store responses and connectivity; immediate changes are not guaranteed. Google processes payment information under its policies.
When Google Play Billing initializes or connects, it may send diagnostic information to Google over an encrypted connection to support payment functionality and diagnose and analyze problems. This can include connection results and errors, SDK and app versions, OS and API information, and device model, manufacturer and memory information. These diagnostics can be sent even if you make no purchase or your age choice keeps advertising off. Diagnostic events may be stored on the device for delivery or retries. Turning off advertising does not turn off payment diagnostics. Information received by Google is retained and deleted under Google policies; STEAM BASE cannot directly delete it.
5. Support
When you email us, we use your reply address, message and information you voluntarily supply, such as an order number, to respond and investigate purchase issues. Do not send passwords, card numbers or private keys. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the issue and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Security and deletion
External services use their encrypted connections. Local saves are held in the operating system's app storage; shared or modified devices may reduce protection. You can clear local records through Android app settings. This may permanently remove designs, progress and your credit balance. Restoring Remove ads does not restore these game records. There is no game account to delete.
Contact us to request access to or deletion of information held by STEAM BASE for support. Manage information held by Google or other providers through their services.
7. Age and region
The game is not directed to children under 13. Minors should review use and purchase conditions with a parent or guardian. Advertising and consent must follow applicable regional requirements.
